What is "continuous flow" and how is it different from sprints?

Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?
Yes - every new account gets a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan with full access to all features, including AI and weekly reviews. No credit card required. After 30 days you can upgrade to Pro or stay on the Free plan with up to 3 team members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your billing settings - no questions asked, no hidden fees. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays yours and can be exported as CSV at any time.
What integrations are included?
All integrations are free on every plan. FlowBoard connects with GitHub and GitLab (auto-link branches, auto-close tasks on merge), Slack and Microsoft Teams (notifications, create bugs from chat), plus a public API for submitting bugs and ideas from your own website or app.
How does the AI feature work?
FlowBoard's AI agent analyzes your bug backlog to find friction patterns, generates fix prompts, and can draft user stories from raw ideas. On the Pro plan, it also powers weekly reviews and intelligent release note generation. AI features are optional - your workflow works perfectly without them.
Is my data secure?
Yes. FlowBoard is hosted on Firebase infrastructure in the EU (Belgium). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're GDPR-compliant, support data export, and never sell your information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How many team members can I have?
The Free plan supports up to 3 team members in 1 workspace. The Pro plan includes 10 seats with unlimited workspaces. Need more? Additional seats are $5/seat/month. FlowBoard is built for lean teams of 2–15 people.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing scary. When your 30-day trial ends, you'll be moved to the Free plan automatically. Your data stays intact - nothing is deleted. You just lose access to Pro features like AI, weekly reviews, and additional workspaces. Upgrade anytime to get them back.
