Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged on the same day each month based on your subscription start date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription period.
This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws for digital services, which allow businesses to exclude refunds for digital content when the consumer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law, including rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service degradation caused by third-party infrastructure providers (including Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, or other vendors), internet outages, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, third-party service outages, or labor disputes.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowBoard Labs, LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
